Terms & Conditions Saba Sport — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Malaysian Member

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Saba Sport platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Accepting these terms also means you agree to Saba Sport's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and this platform. All documents are accessible via the links provided in the Saba Sport website footer.

To be eligible to register for and use the Saba Sport platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is permitted.
• Never had a Saba Sport account that was closed or suspended due to a terms violation.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list, whether self-imposed or imposed by Saba Sport.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Hold a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or other accepted identity document.

Saba Sport reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Saba Sport account only. Owning or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a false identity, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Saba Sport will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• All activity carried out using your login credentials is entirely your responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Saba Sport support immediately.

Saba Sport accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via the payment methods listed below. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

Saba Sport does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards, or any payment method not listed above. Deposits received from unauthorised sources will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending further investigation.

Saba Sport is committed to processing all valid withdrawals as quickly as possible. Processing times are as follows:

• Regular withdrawal (below RM 10,000): Processed within 15 minutes of the request being approved.
• Standard withdrawal (RM 10,001 – RM 100,000): Processed within 2–4 hours on business days.
• Large withdrawals (exceeding RM 100,000): Require additional identity verification and are processed within 24–48 hours.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Saba Sport account holder.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC).
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Saba Sport are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) set individually for each promotion. Members are required to read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

General principles that apply to all Saba Sport bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirements.
• Each member is eligible to receive each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members who have not made any prior deposits.
• Saba Sport reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if misuse is suspected, including low-risk betting to artificially fulfill rollover requirements.
• If an account is closed before the rollover requirements are met, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

All betting and gaming on Saba Sport must be conducted in accordance with the rules set for each game type and sport. Saba Sport reserves the right to void any bet or game round if:

• A technical error or system disruption occurs during gameplay.
• The odds offered contain an obvious error.
• There is evidence that the outcome of a match or game has been manipulated.
• Bets placed using automation, bots, or unauthorised third-party software.

For sports betting on events such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, all bets are considered final once confirmed in the system. Bet cancellations after a match has started are not permitted, except through the available Cash Out feature.

Saba Sport uses an independently verified and audited RNG (Random Number Generator) for all casino games, slots, and jackpots. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by any party, including Saba Sport itself.

Saba Sport takes problem gambling and gaming addiction seriously. We provide a range of self-control tools to help members manage their betting activity responsibly:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.
• Loss limit — set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with for the day.
• Session time limit — limit how long you play in a single session.
• Cool-off Period — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — self-exclude your account for an extended period if you feel that betting is negatively affecting your life.

• Use of automated software or bots.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Actions that harm the interests or reputation of Saba Sport.
• Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the Saba Sport support team. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all real money balance from your account, as any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited.

Saba Sport provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. That said, we are committed to maintaining 99.9% platform uptime throughout the year.

Saba Sport shall not be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet disruptions or connection issues on the user's end.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your password due to your own negligence.
• Betting decisions made based on inaccurate information from external sources.
• Temporary platform disruptions caused by necessary maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Saba Sport reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• An in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
• Email to the address registered to your account.
• Update of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Saba Sport platform after an amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they come into effect.
